Situada en l'Estartit (Gerona), la escuela está en el corazón del Parque Natural del Montgrí y las Islas Medas, sus aguas claras y llenas de vida submarina y sus escarpadas paredes que esconden la mayor biodiversidad del Mediterráneo.
Freedive l'Estartit ofrece cursos de apnea y sus especialidades para todos los niveles, desde los iniciales hasta los más avanzados. Y si quieres ser Instructor de apnea, la escuela también es Centro Trainer y podrás sacarte tu titulación y dedicarte de forma profesional a ello.

Apnea Costa Brava is your freediving school in Girona, an indispensable place for diving and freediving lovers. Located in l'Estartit (Girona), the school is in the heart of the Natural Park of Montgrí and Medes Islands, its clear waters, full of marine life and the rock walls that hide the most biodiversity of the Mediterranean.
Freedive l'Estartit offers freediving courses and specialties for all levels, from the ones for beginners until the ones for experts. And if you want to be a freediving Instructor, the school is also a Trainer Center and you will be able to get your instructor certification and dedicate your career as a professional freediving instructor.
